What we collect and why

We only process the data needed to take your order and support you: the name or username you give us, your WhatsApp number or email address, and your subscription activation details. We use it to confirm your order, deliver your login, provide support and handle any refund (lawful basis: performance of a contract). We do not sell your data, and we do not run on-site card payments — payment is arranged directly with you over WhatsApp.

Hosting and processors

To run the website we use an infrastructure provider that processes data on our behalf. When you visit, technically necessary server logs (such as IP address and time of request) are processed to keep the service running and secure (lawful basis: legitimate interests).

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet any legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights
